The NSWDICNG is pleased to offer the opportunity for Four (4) current financial members (of two years or more 2014-2015 AND 2015-2016) to win costs to the value of $1500 to attend a Cardiac Conference of their choice in 2016.

To enter just fill out this form and e-mail it to DICNG group, All entries must be emailed before Monday11th April 2016, The 4 winners will be drawn during the committee meeting in April 2016 and notified by e-mail within the week. Names will be announced at the Saturday workshop in Sydney on 28th May 2016
